I also have created “Month of Champions” for my clients to keep them attached to goals. The successor to the fight day I used to give my clients, Its a 1 month endeavor where I give individual workouts dedicated to test your personal progression with me through strength, endurance & combatives to name a few over 3 days spread throughout 3 weeks.
