What is MOVE

The focus within M.O.V.E….is just that. Making others value effort. Too often we drain ourselves DAILY on things that don’t support the longevity of our lives physically, mentally or emotionally & it’s estimated that 16.2 million adults in the United States have had at least one major depressive episode in a given year. So as a result, people are unmotivated, unhappy & just lost. From my 10 years of experience as a Professional Athlete &  MMA & Strength Coach & being a trainer at the #1 Ranked MMA Gym in the world Fortis MMA, I’ve grown to understand that we are made to live our best lives & the way we find it within ourselves is through movement.

Out of town? Which probably means you’ll be out of the routine. Alongside the workouts I have created for you in my M.O.V.E. Library, you have most importantly… ME! Even though I’m not available 24hrs, do NOT hesitate to reach out via e mail or instagram(personal client may text) with a picture or video of your space to move & I’ll create off of whatever is accessible to you! So that hotel room or unfamiliar office space is just a another way for me to exercise my brain. I LOVE creating!
