
A mix between Striking & Strength training giving your body the conditioning & confidence you need in only 35 mins!!! With a Fighters format just like The Circuit 35, there is 3 5 min rounds with 2 mins of striking & 3 mins of strength training!

I took the Circuit 35 class and really enjoyed it. The flow of each set was good. His instructions and demos were clear and easy to understand. Sebastian is great! Easy-going attitude and he’s fun!
